The Director Total Rewards, HRIS, & People Analytics will partner with the CHRO, the Global HR Leadership team and the business to develop short and long-term strategies to deliver HR outcomes while enabling a great employee experience and the strategic growth of the business.

This role is vital to Gorilla Glue, ensuring our Total Rewards, People Analytics, HRIS and Payroll strategies are market-driven and competitive to attract and retain highly engaged employees. This position is responsible for engaging and partnering with the Sr. Manager Compensation and HR Shared Services, to continuously improve and evolve our compensation, payroll, HR data & technology and people analytics capabilities throughout the organization. The role will lead our NA benefits & leaves programs. This position will also partner with HR leaders globally to deliver solutions such as HRIS, Compensation, and Recognition.

  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking, EVP aligned, Total Rewards and People Operations strategy to fit a global population across Compensation, Benefits, HR Systems, and People Analytics. Examples include, but are not limited to, pay philosophy & design choices, benchmarking, incentives, wellness & recognition programs
  • Lead Total Rewards, HRIS, & payroll functions to ensure competitiveness of the plans and seamless execution and of Strategy.
  • Lead the strategy & development of the people analytics function to report out on state of the business and keen insights to enable better decision making for HR and key business partners.
  • Responsible for developing and executing the overall strategy for employee benefits in North American, working closely with our benefit broker to ensure continued innovative and competitive benefit offerings aligned to our employee value proposition to meet employee needs and drive optimal results for the organization.
  • Help select, configure and support a new global HRIS system. While optimizing HRIS systems portfolio to meet workforce requirements, creating opportunities for automation, reduction of manual processes and the simplification of processes.
  • Lead and develop customer-focused, highly engaged and delivery-focused team to ensure smooth operations and great employee experience.
  • Build capability within the HR team to utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and outcomes in the business
  • Monitor HR communication systems to ensure on time response and resolution for back office inquiries
  • Anticipate needs to continue to scale the HR operations functions and drive continuous improvement for all respective areas.
  • Provide deep subject matter expertise and governance for programs, collaborating with key stakeholders across Finance and Legal.
  • Participate as a member of the senior HR leadership team, where you will help drive the direction of all HR initiatives across the organization.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or graduate degree in a related field is strongly preferred
  • A minimum of 10 years related human resource work experience and 5+ years managing people and complex projects including Mergers & Acquisitions as well as LTI & STI incentive design.
  • Experience in managing the implementation and operation of HRIS system.
  • Proven track record in designing, implementing, communicating and continuously improving Total Rewards, Wellness, HRIS & HR operations strategies, systems and processes
  • Extensive knowledge of human resource laws, federal, state and local regulations and best practices. Thorough knowledge of COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, ERISA and FMLA requirements.
  • Highly analytical and able to break down complex data sets into actionable plans for the organization.
  • Global compensation and HRIS experience preferred.
  • Experience leveraging benefits broker and navigating transition from fully insured to self-insured health care plans preferred.
