Head of Financial Business Services (FBS) Business Transition & Transformation is responsible to drive standardization, harmonization and continuous optimization/ digitization of Finance processes, methods, and tools & applications across existing/ new customer engagements and local Deliver Hubs (in close collaboration with Gl. Service Leads and Local Delivery Leads/ Mgrs). The Gl. Business Transition & Transformation expert is responsible to design and apply a consistent framework for the design/ build, implementation, and quality of a globally integrated end-to-end solution, following an industrialized platform approach.
- Supports the Financial Business Services Executive Team in in developing and implementing the Global FBS strategy & agenda
- Drives and accelerates the Financial Business Services transformation program, and closely monitors progress and impact
- Drives harmonization and standardisation of Financial Business Services processes, methods, and underlying tools & applications across existing/ new Financial Business Services engagements and local Deliver Centers (in close collaboration with Global Service Leads, and Local Delivery Leads/ Operations Managers)
- Provides a unified framework for the design/ build, implementation, ramp-up and continuous improvement of a globally integrated Finance Shared Services, following an industrialized platform approach (incl. continuous improvement & innovation of services)
- Facilitates and accelerates Finance process transformation: Robotization > Automation > Industrialization > Digitization
- Ensures usage/ implementation of structured Advanced Business and Data Analytics @ Finance Shared Services; incl. facilitation of Process Mining @ Finance (with support from Allianz Consulting)
- Responsible for market screening, understand Allianz Operating Entity needs, define Operating Entity specific approach for global service line (with support of Allianz Services | Customer Solutions & Account Management team). Responsible for best practice research, recommendations and implementations.
- Coordinates and drives Financial Business Services Up-skilling Initiative/ Global Finance Training Academy
- Master’s degree in Finance, Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- 5-7 years leadership experience in multicultural context
- Strong analytical skills
