Our client is a renowned company with a strong market presence and a proven track record of success in core business operations and innovative product offerings, is seeking a highly experienced professional for the position of Head of Compensation and Benefits (C&B) and Shared Services.
As the Head of C&B and Shared Services, you will assume a critical role at the group level, overseeing the C&B function, shared services, and HRIS. Serving as a trusted business partner, you will provide consultative advice and establish strong partnerships with executive members. Your key responsibilities will involve designing and implementing effective C&B practices, including salary reviews, salary benchmarking, and job evaluation and analysis. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing executive compensation and mobility programs. Demonstrating an agile, innovative, and improvement-oriented mindset, you will actively explore and introduce new technologies and solutions to enhance the practices of the HR team. Furthermore, you will contribute to HR digitalization efforts and drive the enhancement of the Workday system.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in related fields. Candidates with experience at the group level and a strong background in multiple areas such as C&B, shared services, and executive compensation will have a distinct advantage. The ideal candidate will exhibit an agile, flexible, and hands-on yet strategic mindset, with the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders. You should be proactive in overcoming obstacles and driving transformative changes.
