Leading manufacturing company seeking a Director of Finance to join the team and lead a division of the company.

• Lead the process to build a bottom-up long range and annual operating plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams and engage with leaders to deliver the results.
• Develop KPI and track the performance of the business.
• Lead the month end close, performance management reporting, forecast management, and highlight and execute on risk management and business opportunities to deliver financial targets.
• Prepare management commentary and financial presentations. Accounting
• Financial ownership of all accounts, reconciliation, and accuracy.
• Collaborate and maintain a strong relationship with Shared Services and the Corporate Finance team including Tax, Treasury, Risk Management, and M&A
• Manage internal and external audits.
• Accounting, Process Management and Control – Design uniform processes, adhere to and enhance business controls, and drive improved efficiencies across the organization. Ensures that effective internal controls in a manufacturing operation environment, including reconciliations, system integrity and compliance with GAAP and applicable laws and rules for financial and tax reporting. • Manage and develop 3 direct reports.
• Identify/Recruit, develop and retain exceptionally strong talent. Develop vision for evolution of organizational structure and talent to appropriately support a multi-product, global commercial organization.

• Bachelors degree from accredited university in Accounting or Finance required
• MBA required, CPA preferred
• Over 5 years of experience in a managerial finance role, with direct reports
• Must have experience in a $250M + company
• Hands on management role, comfortable with large data set analysis and operation planning
• Manufacturing/consumer goods industry highly preferred
• ERP and Microsoft Office Suite experience
• Experience with month-end close, KPI development and tracking, financial reporting and analysis, building an operating plan, and forecast management
