As a member of the Business Technology Shared Services team, you will lead large Workday HCM integration and configuration projects while maintaining the alignment of multiple stakeholders within a multi-business, single-tenet environment.

• Workday configurations, implementations, and ongoing support.
• Two integral parts of this landscape are Workday and UKG Workforce Dimensions.
• You will serve as the Workday expert in business process management, report writing, data management, data extraction, integration design & management, and security administration.
• Project Management

• You will guide all divisions on best practices, project planning, and management of new implementations.
• Delivery of Service and Solutions

• You will work across the enterprise to identify and drive the successful delivery of systems and process solutions to improve the efficiency of the business operations leveraging Workday and Dimensions.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in IT and Service Delivery Management.
• 3+ years of Workday configuration, integrations, and maintenance (EIBs, XSLT, XML, XPATH, Web Services, .Net or Java, Cloud Connect, Studio, Report Writer, Calculated Fields).
• Demonstrated project management skills within a multi-business, single-tenet environment.
• A proven history of delivering high-quality HCM Solutions with direct experience in Workday.
• A demonstrated ability to influence and guide multiple stakeholders through complex processes to reach a common goal.
