Develop KPI and track the performance of the business.

Lead the month end close, performance management reporting, forecast management, and highlight and execute on risk management and business opportunities to deliver financial targets.

Lead the operational finance, costing, inventory management and variance reporting, develop KPI, plant P&L, and detail analysis for the variances.

Prepare management commentary and financial presentations. Support corporate FP&A team on required reporting and analysis. Anticipate and foresee evolution of the financial aspects of the Company, inform management of trends, evolutions, risks, and opportunities. Financial ownership of all accounts, reconciliation, and accuracy. Collaborate and maintain a strong relationship with Shared Services and the Corporate Finance team including Tax, Treasury, Risk Management, and M&A Manage internal and external audits. Accounting, Process Management and Control – Design uniform processes, adhere to and enhance business controls, and drive improved efficiencies across the organization. Ensures that effective internal controls in a manufacturing operation environment, including reconciliations, system integrity and compliance with GAAP and applicable laws and rules for financial and tax reporting. Identify/Recruit, develop and retain exceptionally strong talent. Develop vision for evolution of organizational structure and talent to appropriately support a multi-product, global commercial organization.

• Qualifications:* Masters degree required 5+ years as a Director of Finance, or similar job titles Experience with a $250 mil revenue company High experience with data analysis and operations management
