A multinational business with ambitious plans to double headcount to 15,000 over the next 5 years is seeking a Head of People Services. This is a key leadership role within the business, working closely with the HR Director, to ensure that the service provided by the People Services function is best:in:class.

This role will be varied with no two days the same, simply due to the breadth of responsibilities.

• You will be responsible for leading the HR Shared Service Centre (consisting of 30+ employees) ensuring that the level of service provided to the business is second:to:none. There will be a real focus on continuous improvement and looking to consistently raise the bar to ensure the demands of the business are met.
• Working with the HR Director, you will be responsible for working with the Exec Committee in generalist HR matters.
• You will lead on Reward, Compensation and Benefits for the business particularly around administering the annual pay review and bonus process. And you will also be responsible for leading on the implementation of the annual flexible benefits program.
• Support on TUPE transfers : within the context of the Shared Services team : to ensure smooth implementation of new starters.

To be considered for this opportunity you will:

• Have recent experience of having worked fir a service:led business.
• Will be well versed in support change and transformation, particularly relating to TUPE.
• Experienced in overseeing multiple HR teams, each with their own areas of focus and expertise.
• Commercial astute, able to understand the needs of the business and deliver in line with this.
