Our client, a leader in technology and innovation, is seeking a Director of Financial Shared Services position for their Atlanta office.
The company offers a hybrid work schedule, a competitive salary, a nurturing work environment, and lots of opportunity for growth. This is a newly created position that will have full responsibility for the Payroll and Accounts Payable teams. Must have experience leading BOTH.
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally Accounting or Finance; Advanced degree or certifications (CPA, CMA, CPP, etc) preferred
- 12+ years of experience in a corporate accounting role or in a shared services environment
- 5+ years of accounting leadership experience; experience leading teams of 20+
- SAP experience
- Must have excellent AP experience including full-cycle, high-volume
- Extensive Payroll experience – complex and complicated payroll (weekly, bi-weekly, salaried, shift work, executive comp, etc.)
