The Head of Shared Services is responsible for leading and managing all Human Capital related activities including those related to Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Career Development, Succession Planning, Rewards and Employee Relations. In addition to the Procurement, IT, and the Business Services Department. The position will also lead strategic partnering with the investment side of the business.
- Contribute to the development of the function’s objectives, goals, initiatives, plans, policies and procedures and supervises their execution.
- Support in developing the businesses annual budget, including Financial and Human Capital requirements.
- Develop implement and maintain the company policies, processes and procedures, ensuring they are sufficient and appropriate, and are in accordance with leading practices.
- Set business objectives and KPIS
- Provide feedback, coaching and support to employees to enhance performance and productivity
- Attract, develop, manage and retain employees creating an ideal environment for growth and engagement
- Drive the execution of change management initiatives
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- develop partnerships with leadership of the sectors to assist joint venture efforts
- Ensure the overall compliance of HC policies and guidelines to the local employment laws.
- Oversee and approve the collation, analysis and preparation of HC management information to ensure that the right information is collected to inform management decision making.
- Lead updating organization structure and related components (job descriptions, competency framework, etc.
- Lead and manage the development and implementation of the company’s strategic manpower and recruitment plans
- Lead developing and implementing the business Saudization plan
- Manage the development of the Performance Appraisal System and oversee definition of performance objectives.
- Oversee the management of various talent management initiatives across the company including career and succession plans.
- Oversee the delivery of Employee Relations services to all of the company’s employees,
- Oversee the provision of Business Services
- Oversee the provision of Information Technology.
- Provide guidance and direction for the Information Technology to create and maintain alignment with the overall business strategic needs and future plans.
- 12-15 years of experience in same or similar roles
- Human capital capabilities development is a must.
- Masters degree and CIPD required
- Experience in investments, banking or financial services business is mandatory
