As a Business Controller at INVID, you are an important position within the company where you will drive continuous and significant improvements. In this key role, you will work with follow-up and analysis of the company’s profit units, which consist of business areas, teams and subsidiaries, but also the group as a whole. Quality assurance and follow-up of individual projects, services and customers will be a large part of your work, while providing decision-makers with the basis for decisions on various issues. Furthermore, you will be involved in ensuring that support systems are updated and correct from an economic management perspective, as well as involved in driving continued automation and efficiency projects. If necessary, you are also involved in the compilation of monthly accounts while assisting in matters relating to forecasting and budget work.

As Business Controller at INVID, you have a close collaboration with the company’s CFO and with your two other colleagues in the finance department. You are part of the company’s Shared Services where HR and Marketing are also placed organizationally. With the help of your expertise and ability to see from a holistic perspective, in this role you will have great opportunities to participate and influence the company’s decision-making processes.

We are looking for you who have a relevant education and a few years’ experience in the role of Controller, as well as experience in accounting matters. For this position, we would like you to have previously worked in an environment with several different business areas and companies. You communicate freely in both Swedish and English and are a familiar user of various business systems and M365 applications such as Excel, Teams and more.
