Vital Strategies has been expanding programs and its global footprint over the past few years. With this growth, we need to ensure that our global people practices are compliant, sensitive to our diverse workforce, and forward thinking as our work and teams evolve. The Director, Global HR Operations and Compliance is a key HR position. This position plays a critical role in driving HR functional excellence and initiatives, and global HR compliance. With seven global offices and EORs in ten countries, this role will ensure that global processes are documented, standardized as appropriate, and adopted. The Director will straddle both the centralization of certain HR operations; as well as the decentralization of other HR activities.
The Director must be culturally sensitive, globally experienced, and comfortable in championing change management. This role will recommend and roll out policies and best practices that are inclusive, guide global employment action processes, collaborate on workforce expansion to new countries, and oversee global benefits and compensation.
