Reporting to the President, Enterprise Business Services the position will support the design, development, implementation, and optimization of a future state multi-functional shared services model through collaboration with key stakeholders to define the desired organizational structure, including roles, responsibilities, reporting lines, and governance mechanisms while ensuring alignment with business objectives, efficiency, and scalability.
- Engage with functional leaders, HR partners, and other stakeholders to gain insight, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment on role validation, skills analysis, and recruitment needs.
- Work closely with functional leaders and subject matter experts to develop clear job descriptions, qualifications criteria, and career progression pathways.
- Conduct a comprehensive skills gap analysis to identify the skills and competencies required for the future roles within Enterprise Business Services. Assess the current capabilities of the workforce and determine the areas where additional skills development or recruitment may be needed.
- Collaborate with functional leaders and HR partners to determine recruitment needs based on the skills gap analysis and future roles and skills required.
- Partner with HR and talent management teams to develop strategies for upskilling and reskilling existing employees to bridge identified gaps.
- Collaborate with HR partners to align performance management systems and processes with the new organizational design, including development of performance metrics, goals, and evaluation criteria that align with objectives.

EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in organizational design, role validation, and/or skills gap analysis within a shared services or similar environment.
- Change management expertise to support employees through organizational transitions and skills development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of shared services operations, service delivery models, and functional roles and responsibilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and job description development.
- Proficiency in workforce planning, role definition, and job design methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in shared services and organizational design.
- Proficiency in conducting skills assessments, identifying competency gaps, and developing talent strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess and interpret data related to organizational structures, work volume, and skills requirements.
- Knowledge of HR systems and tools for skills assessment and talent management.
- Strong project management skills to effectively plan and execute organizational design initiatives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
