The HR Director provides support for the organization through the execution of strategic human resources initiatives while ensuring accuracy and compliance. In this role, you will supervise functional leaders who manage the day-to-day activities related to employee relations, workers’ compensation, recruitment, benefits, payroll, and development. You will collaborate with executive leadership and business unit leaders to convert strategies into result-driven actions.
- Drive HR strategy throughout the organization
- Align HR initiatives to organizational goals
- Participate in strategic planning and execute to achieve measures of success
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department
- Manage and provide coaching support to the HR Shared Service team
- Drive compliance and departmental standards in all functional areas of HR
- Learn operations and develop relationships with our portfolio of businesses
- Engage in acquisition opportunities from due diligence through integration
- Foster professional growth for self and others
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or related field of study
- Minimum 7 years of HR leadership experience
- SHRM Certification
- Excellent strategic and business mindset
- Strong team building skills
- Solid understanding of project management and business operations
- Possession of the “Five I’s” of Leadership – Intellect, Innovation & Creativity, Initiative, Interpersonal Skills, Integrity
