    • Evolve Clariti’s technology stack and architecture to ensure that technologies are scalable, maintainable and aligned with our long-term business/growth goals.
    • Collaborate and contribute on the Executive Leadership Team to overall company direction, strategy and priorities. Represent the Engineering organization to both Leadership and the Board.

    • Define a set of key performance metrics that align with company goals and product and engineering priorities, enabling effective measurement of team and individual contributions, holding teams accountable to results.
    • Build and lead high-performing engineering teams, and build upon an engineering culture that is collaborative, innovative, and focused on shipping features.
    • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process to attract diverse and skilled engineering candidates through a thorough assessment of technical and cultural alignment, accelerating their integration into the teams, and fostering a positive onboarding experience.
  • A proven track record of building and optimizing Engineering functions in orgs undergoing periods of intense growth, change, or transformation
  • Experience collaborating with other senior leaders (VP+)/executives to set company-wide strategy, and then translating that into Engineering-specific plans and deliverables
