• Review & submit all shared service internal invoices for all brands.
• Ensure all Back Office invoices are submitted according to the approved price list.
• Validate the cost allocation for the shared costs per brand and service center.
• Prepare the financial statements for the Back Office virtual entity.
• Respond to all stakeholders’ queries promptly.
• Work as a focal point for all shared services departments.
• Support in tax activities as and when needed.
• Take the lead as a supervisor for the full accounting cycle for some internal brands.
• Accounts payable activities for the local vendors.
• Ensure all due payments are effected according to agreed terms.
• Review intercompany balances and drive the settlement process.
• Setting a plan to change all service providers from getting losses to gains on a monthly base from the current financial year.
• Monitor internal services cost and proactively provide insights to improve their profitability.
• Additional accounting tasks as required.
• Instill a customer-oriented culture.

• Academic degree in Accounting
• Completed or in the process of completing an accounting/finance professional qualification.
• 7 to 9 years of work experience in the various aspects of accounting including General Ledger, A/P, A/R, closing, and cost accounting.
• Excellent English & interpersonal communication skills.
• A service sector background is highly recommended
• Experience in managing a small team of accountants. (even if 1 team member)
• MS-Excel proficiency.
• Customer service oriented.
