• Leadership, motivation and further development of the accounting team
• Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS for KATEK GmbH and other group companies at home and abroad
• Continuous development of accounting processes in the Shared Service Center Grassau
• Close cooperation with the CFOs and other (group) internal stakeholders such as controlling or group accounting
• Contact person for external stakeholders such as auditors and tax advisors

• Study of business administration with a focus on finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility, ideally in a production and corporate environment
• Profound experience in accounting according to HGB and IFRS as well as in the optimization and digitalization of accounting processes
• Several years of management experience in the area of ​​accounting
• Confident handling of ERP systems (SAP) and the relevant office programs
• Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
