This role is primarily responsible to lead the overall strategy and development of all Talent Acquisition functions under the Hire-to-Retire services, develop and execute strategies while partnering with relevant stakeholders, and ensure & drive the delivery and excellence of the Talent Acquisition function service. This role is responsible for implementing best-in-practice processes and tools while driving continuous improvement for a scalable and sustainable delivery model. The role will provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to the global Talent Acquisition Services and its team members.
- Working in partnership with our TA Leads, the role is fully responsible and accountable for ensuring smooth and stable operations of an agile TA function across AECOM’s Global Business Services (GBS) line.
- Set operational plans for the assigned functions – including active contribution in alignment with the overall GBS H2R strategies, operational activities, and goals.
- Responsible for understanding and managing Client priorities, while driving relevant internal process(es) in accurate and timely manner

- Lead the strategic management and execution of overall operations delivery of the assigned functions and may include but is not limited to service, process, & system enhancements, reporting and project management, and overall continuous improvement projects adapting to latest trends and customer needs.
- Ensure operational goals and objectives are achieved across assigned functions.
- Provide strong operational and people leadership to the TA team. Ensure that operational and people decisions are well-aligned with the strategy.
- Ensure metrics, KPIs and report effectiveness of processes are benchmarked against industry best practice for agile environments

- Support the Service Delivery Lead in partnering with Global Process Owner on implement optimal function delivery, governance and controls to ensure compliance and effective management of operational and business risks.
- Enhance controls that maximize efficiency while maintaining operational compliance (including Privacy and Security)
- Provide strong strategic support to people, team, and global operational leadership. Ensure that operational and people decisions are well-aligned with the strategy.
- Implement and monitor health metrics and KPIs and report effectiveness of processes and systems, benchmark against industry best practice
- Identify process improvements, including gap eliminations and present the proposals to key stakeholders and leaders to achieve buy-in
- Research, customize, and implement relevant industry best practices to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Drive the development, implementation and maintenance of all HR service delivery policies and procedures.
- Effectively communicate and partner with key business stakeholders to develop strategic initiatives in the development and consistent improvement relevant to assigned functions and the GBS team members.
- Assist in preparation and managing the yearly budget, drive year-over-year productivity savings
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT or Business-Related Field and at least 10 years of management experience with Talent Acquisition.
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience in a Shared Services environment and with leadership capacity
- Experience in managing global and multi-regional end-to-end Talent Acquisition Services
- Experience in development and implementation of in-depth process improvement strategies
- Experience in end-to-end project management and implementation of global initiatives and strategies across Talent Acquisition and all the regions
- Experience in a Client Service Delivery role within a Global Delivery Model
- Experience working with HCM systems and ATS systems is required (prior experience with Workday and/or SmartRecruiters is preferred)
