About the HR Shared Services Director (Clark Pampanga) Role:
In this role, you will be responsible in developing and implementing effective HR strategies to enhance the skills, knowledge, and engagement of Clark operations team. You will also be responsible for internal associate communications, in partnership with brand communications and the Employer Brand proposition. You will have direct support of the Clark Human Resources Team.

  • Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives and learning needs
  • Plan and monitor HR’s performance including Talent acquisition, hiring, training and development of staff, to always ensure adequate staffing and service levels
  • Contribute to the regional HR leadership team’s development of all overall business strategy and growth objectives
  • Conduct learning needs and analysis for the business to identify key organisational development opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to identify skills gaps, training needs, and performance improvement opportunities
  • Ensure local induction framework to ensure new employees receive comprehensive and structured training to quickly integrate into their roles and teams
  • Lead the coordination and ensure effective execution of Performance Management Processes across the region to identify performance gaps and develop targeted learning solutions to address them
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning programmes on individual and organisational performance
  • Lead Engagement survey activity for the region, including the development and implementation of action plans
  • Analyse employee feedback, survey data, and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and increase overall employee satisfaction
  • Develop key talent and increase the level of internal mobility to ensure that the current and future needs of the organisation are achieved
  • Drive the recruitment and induction process for Clark ensuring the delivery of high performing individuals into the workplace
  • Lead the coordination of best practice methods for on-boarding staff into Clark in order to decrease the lag time to full performance and increase first year retention
  • Support Senior Leadership team, in the areas of change management, and alignment to core HR practices specifically people management, organisational development and the employee experience
  • Ensure all employment relations, disputes and issues are investigated, evaluated and resolved in a fair and consistent manner, which minimize negative employee relations activity and performance
  • Apply C&B policies and practices including job analysis and evaluation, remuneration, guidelines
  • Understand and engage with the vision for the Clark business and the contribution of the HR function to the overall vision
  • Ability to work productively in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Experience managing multiple business units
  • Ability to network within local communities and businesses
  • Extreme and unrelenting customer focus and capability to rally team toward this goal
  • Experience in a project management role
  • Exhibits strong decision making and negotiation skills
  • Dedicated to quality customer service
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, both oral and written are critical and the individual should be well organised, computer literate and detailed orientated
  • Demonstrates great team spirit qualities while being able to work autonomously
  • Ability to travel as required
