- Job Description The Corporate Citizenship Shared Service Centre will be responsible for key CC activities such as cash grant management, people participation, pro-bono activities, and for providing data and reporting support to the function. The Corporate Citizenship Shared Service Centre Senior Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Design/ enhance the SSC organization, governance, processes and systems to ensure effective service delivery to the global CC function
- Setup and lead a team of up to 50 FTEs across locations (e.g. multiple cities in India, Argentina and the Philippines). Ensure adequate staffing, facilitate learning and development for the team, manage high levels of employee engagement and motivation
- Manage stakeholders within the Corporate Citizenship function and in the wider business stakeholders
- Work effectively with other functions such as HR, Finance, Procurement, Corporate Services & Sustainability, to ensure the Corporate Citizenship Shared Service Centre is supported adequately
- Ensure Corporate Citizenship Shared Service Centre operations are in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all services delivered by the SSC. Review SLA performance periodically, identify gaps, troubleshoot and put in place remedial measures as required
- Design and implement a business continuity plan for the Corporate Citizenship Shared Service Centre
Ideally you will have experience of CSR or non-profit sector and be passionate about working in this area.

- CSR / Corporate Citizenship or non-profit sector experience
