The Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) is the lead agency under the Stronger Communities Cluster. - Responsible for developing, monitoring, delivering and evaluating strategic projects to support Shared Services and department objectives. Drive value creation in the customer experience throughout the service lifecycle and entire shared service model.
- This role will support the Director Service Management Assurance, the position will be working closely in building relationships with with their Shared Services clients. Developing client engagement framework and reporting.
- Provide project support for machinery of government changes, being the point of contact for clients transitioning to DCJ Shared Services.
- Exp in working large projects, supporting large scale change management and client engagement
- Exp in business partnering with clients to build strong relationships, manage expectations , facilitate issue resolution and being first point of contact for the client.
- Exp in Shared Services / Corporate Services transactional environment.
- Lead the delivery of a portfolio of projects, identifying interdependencies and leveraging resources to maximise efficiencies and achieve required organisation outcomes.
- Lead and oversee all aspects of project development and implementation across a portfolio of complex projects, including preparing client agreed requirements, project and resourcing plans, establishing appropriate governance, identifying, allocating and managing resources, and meeting reporting requirements, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and in line with the agreed project management methodology.
