The 2nd VP of IDI Shared Services will lead the IDI operations, business improvement and system support and claims teams. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the work environment, identifying workforce needs and ensuring alignment with corporate manager expectations, values and vision.

Skills and Background You’ll Need:

  • Vision setting, critical thinking, goal creation, and execution road-mapping for market leading capabilities and positive customer experience.
  • Influence and collaboration with IDI and other senior leaders for strategy setting, prioritization and execution.
  • Understanding of lean principles, experience with change management strategies, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Enable and empower positive and effective relationships with business partners at all levels to prioritize and align effort and resources to business needs.
  • Experience with annual budget planning through quarterly strategic leadership offsites.
  • Act as a peer coach, culture champion, change agent, trusted advisor, providing guidance and direction on an ad-hoc basis across topics such as leadership, development of employees, distillation of strategy into both near and long-term objectives.
  • Review, negotiate and proactively manage major vendor relationships for the IDI business.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in management of cross functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree in business or related field preferred.
