Our client is an organization in the Carver County area looking for an Accounting Manager. • Lead and mentor the shared services teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the AP functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments, including proper and consistent coding.
• Work closely with the sales and pricing teams to ensure smooth billing cycles and timely resolution of customer questions or disputes.
• Provide high levels of customer service across departments, internal customers, and external vendors.
• Manage the annual 1099 preparation process.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelors degree in accounting or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Highly motivated, energetic, and personable.
• SAP experience highly preferred.
