As part of the Group activities, the Accounting Manager & Coordinator manages a team and coordinates activities from different countries and support internal stakeholders such as the business, Marketing and IT divisions.

• The coordination of the team located in the shared service center as well as the coordination with worldwide intermediaries
• The coordination of local projects from a Group perspective
  • The monitoring and translation of local activities into Group opportunities
  • The participation of transversal reconciliation and improvement
  • The Management Reporting
• The management of the operational accounting of Belgium and France : annual accounts, tax declarations, …
• The management of local and Group control activities
• The maintenance and improvement of the systems / tools

• Master’s degree in Finance / Economics / Business Engineering – or equivalent
• Min 7 years of relevant experience – Experience in Audit is a plus
• Experience in the management of a Team
• Experience in working with SAP is a plus
• Excellent Accounting education and understanding
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Hands on and proactive
• Ability to manage different projects and to manage different teams simultaneously
