As part of the Group activities, the Accounting Manager & Coordinator manages a team and coordinates activities from different countries and support internal stakeholders such as the business, Marketing and IT divisions.
- The coordination of the team located in the shared service center as well as the coordination with worldwide intermediaries
- The coordination of local projects from a Group perspective
- The monitoring and translation of local activities into Group opportunities
- The participation of transversal reconciliation and improvement
- The Management Reporting
- The management of the operational accounting of Belgium and France : annual accounts, tax declarations, …
- The management of local and Group control activities
- The maintenance and improvement of the systems / tools
- Master’s degree in Finance / Economics / Business Engineering – or equivalent
- Min 7 years of relevant experience – Experience in Audit is a plus
- Experience in the management of a Team
- Experience in working with SAP is a plus
- Excellent Accounting education and understanding
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Hands on and proactive
- Ability to manage different projects and to manage different teams simultaneously
