• Analyze and harmonize the marketing agency landscape, optimize contracts, improve service satisfaction, and develop delivery profiles.
• Delegate responsibilities, eliminate redundancies, and integrate AI to streamline and enhance marketing processes.
• Monitor and evaluate agency performance metrics (speed, quality, cost) to refine and align service continuation strategies.
• Plan and execute the transition of tasks to in-house teams through strategic preparation, organization, and clear communication.

• > 5 years of experience in a leading project management role in marketing with high capabilities in strategic planning, cost analysis & purchasing.
• Strong communication skills across different hierarchical levels & negotiation skills.
• Exceptional fluent English, speaking and written.
