Overseeing HR Operations processes including Hire-to-Retire, Payroll, and Benefits Administration, as well as manage our relationship with an outsourced 3rd party service provider.
- Lead and mentor a team of internal employees responsible for payroll, pay & benefits, and HR operations, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversee the performance, development, and engagement of team members to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our outsourced payroll service provider, ensuring service level agreements are met and issues are resolved promptly
- Progressive experience in HR operations, payroll management, and shared services roles
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a matrix environment.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
