- Accounting Manager Shared Services (overseeing AP and AR), you will be responsible for directing and coordinating all US activities in payments to suppliers and collections from customers in addition to monitoring of worldwide accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
- Oversee day to day management of team – the go-to person for questions, escalations, decision making, etc.
- Will oversee 3 direct reports (AR Lead, AP Lead and Cash Applications)
- Assist in identifying process improvements/efficiencies
- Assist with Coupa – Invoice processing or other invoice processing tool
- Oversee Concur -expenses and travel oversee expense side
- Cross functional work w Treasury, Supply Chain and Sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
- 10 years’ experience in Accounts Payable (AP).
- Both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is preferred.
- Previous management/supervisory experience required.
- Previous experience working for a large organization required.
- Proficiency in utilizing ERP systems, with a preference for QAD.
- Experience with Invoicing Processing tools, with a preference for experience in Coupa.
- Preferred familiarity with Concur for expense management.
- Strong grasp of Cash Applications tools preferred.
- Expertise in Microsoft Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent listening, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Highly motivated and self-directed professional who readily takes initiative.
