Provide end to end Order-to-Cash Management (Order Management, Credit Management, Cash Application and Collection) support to Elanco’s Affiliate in accordance with established processes and work procedures and in compliance with Elanco policies, Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC), local company legal and statutory requirements.
- Ensure efficient and effective management of Order Management activities for domestic and export market in APAC Region, providing guidance and support as needed and ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures
- Ensure all requests are processed according to the established work instruction and process definition guideline, accuracy and the completeness of the creation/change request processed should be ensured.
- Actively work or establish partnership with various internal or external cross-functional stakeholders to maintain effective relationships and ensure efficient and compliant processes.
- Requires anticipate or analysis of possible solutions to solve a range of problems that has impact within related function/department or across a large business area.
- Continuously strengthen the compliance culture within the team by ensuring that the delivery of internal controls, standards or rules, and service level and KPI targets is regularly reviewed and controlled.
- Enhance credibility and trust of Elanco internal or external customers by ensuring all queries and errors are attended and resolved within stipulate time.
- Thinks and acts in collaborations with other departments or teams to drive cross-functional projects when opportunity arise, including continuous improvement initiatives, standardization and /or process control re-engineering.
- Enables the flow of information between individual teams and team members in terms of processes, incidents, documents, interaction models or other open topics, ensuring transparency and encouraging others to voice and participate in brainstorming sessions to facilitate discussions on process improvements.
- Coaches, develops, and inspires team of > 5 employees to help individuals reach their full potential.
- Undertake other tasks that may be assigned from time to time, as required by Elanco Management.

- Ownership for all applicable SOX and Operational Controls in own work unit.
- Proven interpersonal and influencing skill as frequent communication with stakeholders from different levels and various department of an organization would be required.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration with > 10 years of related industry experience or equivalent in Order Management or other accounting function in an MNC or Shared Service.
- Comprehensive business knowledge and experience to improve products, processes and services of Order Management.
- Proficiency technical knowledge and experience of operating ERP System – SAP Module and MS Office Tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience using the ServiceNow, or Sales Force is a plus but not require.
- Have experience in resolving the high complexity tasks and leading the medium-scale projects or programs with moderate risk and resource/financial requirement.
- Lean/Six Sigma exposure or equivalent is desired.
- Enterprising attitude and ability to learn and adapt to technology and productivity tools.
- Self-motivated professionals with excellent people management and leadership skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate in a clear manner across all levels of people.
- Proficient in English is mandatory; Any Asian language proficiency is a plus.
- Additional hours at critical times (e.g., month-end) may be required. Also, and on an exceptional basis, the role may require work on public holidays.
