• The AVP of Finance Shared Services will lead and oversee the shared services functions within the Finance department, including accounts payable and employee claim processing.
• This individual will ensure the efficient execution of financial processes, optimize operations for cost-effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
• The role involves strategic leadership, process automation, and managing the team’s performance while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies

• Act as the primary point of contact for Internal stakeholders (e.g., Business, HR, Technology) and External stakeholders (e.g. Auditors, Service providers) regarding shared services activities.
  12 + years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or shared services, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale finance operations for diversified geographies, ideally within a shared services environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Occasional travel may be required, depending on the organization’s needs.
