Manage the Gratuity administration.
Provident Fund and ESIC compliance.
Administration of Employee Benefits such as National Pension System (NPS), Insurance etc.
Regulatory and Internal compliance
Gratuity Administration:
- Administration of Gratuity Trusts and Gratuity compliance for BNPP entities as per Trust rules and statutory framework.
- Payment of Gratuity to eligible staff as per regulatory guidelines.
- Audit of Gratuity Trusts and filing of Tax returns as applicable.
- Update Trustees on all matters pertaining to Gratuity.
- Administer the Gratuity policy with external service provider.
- Actuarial Valuation as per local and international accounting standards.
Provident Fund & ESIC Administration:
- Administration of Provident Fund & ESIC benefit as per statutory laws.
- Ensure employee queries are resolved on time.
- Payment of statutory contributions within due dates
- Liaise with external service provider on regular basis.
- Ensure all documentation required from staff is complete.
- Attend to any regulatory correspondence/notices related to Provident Fund and ESIC.
Insurance & Other Employee Benefits:
- Administer the Insurance benefits for employees across entities
- Administer any other benefit which may be introduced for employees.
- Liaise with insurance service providers to ensure optimum employee experience.
Other Benefits
- Administration of Corporate NPS plan
- Administration of other employee benefits as may be introduced in future
Other Responsibilities
- Attend to all audits both internal and external
- Ensure proper controls, governance in the employee benefits space.
- All regulatory and internal compliances.
- Prepare MIS as may be required from time to time.
- Strong MS Excel knowledge
- Conceptual HR knowledge
- Knowledge of internal policies, procedures, guidelines & compliance
- Knowledge of Regulatory Laws.
