We are currently looking for an Assistant Vice President, Global Sales Strategies, to support Commercial and Corporate Functions at Headquarter. This role will be working closely with the VP, Acting Head of Sales & Distribution to build, plan and manage the execution of the Strategic Sales Plan, overseeing and managing sales shared services, systems and reporting, performance management, training and sharing platform.

 

As an Assistant Vice President, Global Sales Strategies we rely on you to

  • Assisting the VP, Acting Head of Sales & Distribution to build out the ongoing strategic sales plan across all market segments including Corporate, Groups, Events, etc.
  • Working with team stakeholders in developing the work plan for the strategic sales plan execution.
  • Project managing key strategic initiatives in the plan.
  • Initiate, prioritise and develop team/unit goals, strategies and plans.
  • Anticipate and assess the impact of changes, such as government policy/economic conditions, on team/unit objectives and initiate appropriate responses.
  • Ensure current work plans and activities support and are consistent with organisational change initiatives.
  • Evaluate achievements and adjust future plans accordingly.
  • Working with Regional Sales Leaders, GSO Leaders and Sales Leaders on strategic group-wide promotions and offers.
  • Overseeing the sales training function and driving training through performance analytics.
  • Contracts and SOPs: Apply legal, policy and organisational guidelines and procedures in relation to all Sales SOPs and contracts.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
  • Consultancy background with focus on Strategy.
  • Understands the global market and local environment
  • Strategic thinker who is capable of interacting with all levels of management.
  • Solid verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, able to challenge the status quo
