Genpact is seeking an AVP to join its dynamic team in the consumer goods industry. The individual will act as the Global Process owner for Order to Cash for one of the largest and marquee CPG accounts of Genpact. This strategic role is designed for a seasoned professional ready to pivot from a regional to a global perspective, driving transformative initiatives to streamline and enhance our OTC processes worldwide.
The ideal candidate will bring both the practical experience of implementing complex programs, and the flair for developing new ideas while ensuring the adherence to operational excellence. The placed candidate will be part of a fast-growing segment within one of the world’s largest finance and accounting business process services organizations and will help clients envision and improve operations and systems, redefine, and optimize their support functions, and drive business impact in the end-to-end Finance operations.
- Global Transformation Leadership: Spearhead the development and implementation of global OTC strategies that align with our corporate vision. Lead transformative initiatives, ensuring their replication across different regions to maintain a cohesive and efficient OTC process.
- Innovation through Data-Tech-AI: Initiate and manage advanced Data-Tech-AI projects aimed at increasing the maturity of the OTC process. Leverage cutting-edge technology to enhance analytical capabilities, forecast accuracy, and decision-making processes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Lean Digital Transformation (LDT), Product Teams, and Transformation Units to unify the OTC value proposition across the company. Ensure that strategic objectives are met through effective partnership and collaboration.
- Client Engagement and Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader in engaging with clients to define and refine OTC strategies. Provide expert advice and guidance to both internal stakeholders and external clients, reinforcing our position as industry leaders.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators for global OTC processes to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Report on progress and challenges to senior management with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Communication and presentation of deliverables to client
- Standardization of Processes: Collaborate with delivery centers around the world to understand regional process variances and nuances. Develop and implement standard operating procedures that balance global efficiency with local effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum years of experience in Order to Cash management within the consumer goods industry, with at least relevant years in a leadership role
- Creative thinking / innovative mind set
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of managing and directing diverse teams
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mind, adept at problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to work through uncertainty to derive an outcome
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects and successfully implementing standardization across international operations
- Excellent knowledge of High radius Credit, Collections, Cash Applications and Deductions modules
- Working knowledge of Pega solutions in Order Management
- Experience in implementing analytical solutions in the OTC domain
