The Associate Director will play a meaningful role and will have an impact on multiple Novartis DDIT (DATA, DIGITAL & IT) ERP projects and beyond, which will greatly contribute to the success of many business/organization Goals.

• Role design authority – act as advisory to technical teams responsible for delivery of role design solution for projects and operational improvements. Governance delivery to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices; accurate segregation of roles without SoD conflict & align with the least privileges principles.
• SME in SAP authorization and GRC solution design. Working on new technologies around security in SAP (S4/HANA, SAP BTP, GRC/IAG, Fiori, SAP Analytics etc) and non-SAP (SaaS apps like ARIBA and other apps integrating with SAP)
• Working closely with multi-functional teams to define Security & Authorization Design concept, connecting business, IT functional, compliance and ISC teams aligning the requirement & goals for success service deliveries.
• Lead & governance strategic vendors to deliver SIAM solutions implementation, along with SIAM Operations definition and oversight.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology, or its equivalent with security related certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM etc).
• Excellent level of functional and technical knowledge of SAP security,
• Security experience in SAP ECC, Fiori, S4/HANA, SAP S4 Finance, SAP MDG, SAP GRC, SAP BW.
• > 6 years of hands-on experiences and proven track record in delivery identity and access lifecycle management project services
• Experience with SAP Cloud identity management, secure coding, and data security a strong plus.
• Experience with other identity lifecycle management products is a good to have.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
