The position offers an opportunity to perform business analysis and understand the Key performance indicators of the IT function. It also involves working on the cutting edge PowerBI technology to provide the needed insights to the IT leadership.

• Develop operational reports & functional reporting. Build automated reports and dashboards with the help of Power BI and other reporting tools. Able to comprehend and translate complex and advanced functional, technical, and business requirements into executable architectural designs.
• Be experienced in tools and systems on MS SQL Server BI Stack, including SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, MDX, PowerBI, and DAX
• Be able to quickly shape data into reporting and analytics solutions. Have knowledge of database fundamentals such as multidimensional database design, relational database design, and more
• Strong communication skills (verbal/written) to deliver the technical insights and interpret the data reports to the clients. Also helps in understanding and serving to the client’s requirements.
• Hands on experience in development, dashboarding and data modeling and reporting (ad hoc report generation) techniques.
• Must be efficient in front-end development and know visualization best practices. Experienced in data integration through extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various sources.
• Optimize reports to ensure a responsive solution when visualization vast amounts of data. Knowledge on Qlik sense, Tableau will be added advantage.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders to distill data and reporting requirements.

• 10-12 years of experience as a visualization developer.
• A strong analytical and logical mindset is much appreciated.
• Well-versed with concepts and techniques of data visualization.
• Must be familiar with a project’s complete life cycle implementation. Excellence Customer management.
• Good Understanding on Business Process. Hands-on experience with ETL, ELT, data ingestion, or munging
• Skilled in Visualization web integration, advanced SQL knowledge, Stored Procs, SQL scripting, nested selection, stored procedures, triggers, analytic functions, tuning etc.
