Responsible for leading and overseeing the management, development, and reliability of the Documentum content management platform. Driving operational initiatives, collaborating with vendor partners to meet SLAs and KPIs, and implementing excellence in operations and continuous improvement.

• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the Documentum content management platform, aligning it with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Lead a team of content management professionals, including developers, administrators, and support staff.
• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of the Documentum platform. Implement standard methodologies for system administration, supervise system performance, and proactively address any issues or bottlenecks to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted operation.
• Develop and enforce content lifecycle management processes within the Documentum platform. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions related to Documentum.
• Provide support to end-users of the Documentum platform, including troubleshooting issues, answering inquiries, and delivering training and documentation to ensure users are equipped to optimally use the platform.
• Ensure the security and compliance of the Documentum platform, including implementing access controls, data encryption, and backup and recovery procedures. Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure the system meets all vital standards.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external partners, to ensure the seamless integration and utilization of the Documentum platform. Engage with customers to understand their needs, capture requirements, and provide periodic updates on system performance and improvements.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the Documentum platform and related processes. Stay updated with new technologies and trends in content management to find opportunities for innovation and optimization.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Expert in D2LS layer, design, develop, architect key deliverables to business.
