KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Delivery Model Enablement (DME), Business Enablement and Transformation Office (BETO) to join our Global Resource Leveraging organization.

  • Apply advanced knowledge of offshore delivery design to manage large transformation projects using cross-functional teams to design, implement and scale global delivery platforms; collaborate with BETO teams to leverage the appropriate capability (Process, Automation, and more) as well as with TEO teams (GBS, and others) to support the achievement of the firm’s transformation objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor by collaborating with business teams to identify and scope processes that can be supported from global delivery centers, and develop recommendations for location strategy
  • Manage the end-to-end transition of scope moving to global delivery centers including hiring resources, enabling technology, contracting, onboarding and training, transition and go-live; support hyper-care and stabilization activities post go-live, to ensure transition objectives are met; assist with developing status reports and management updates as necessary
  • Partner with Digital Nexus, Security, Legal, and Risk Management teams to ensure services are delivered in compliance with government regulations (for example, HIPPA), client contractual provisions and firm policies, for example, privacy and data management); support the analysis of complex contractual, regulatory, and licensing issues related to third-party relationships
  • Support the implementation of governance and vendor management processes to monitor service delivery outcomes
  • Understand and appreciate diverse cultures and managerial norms of service providers, and create awareness of best practices to improve service delivery outcomes
  • Minimum seven years of recent experience in applicable frameworks and methodologies including Shared Services and Outsourcing, Global Location Assessment, and Outsourcing Management Lifecycle
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience; PMP or similar project management certification preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working in a global multi-vendor environment and track record of leadership, collaboration skills, and project management
  • Familiarity with tools such as KPMG Culture Wizard, WAND onboarding/ offboarding; knowledge of how KPMG member firms, affiliates and captives operate and collaborate with each other is a plus
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team, foster the development of high-performance teams with the capability to interface with all levels of the organization; capacity to participate in development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities; strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; able to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) with a general understanding of data analysis techniques
