- Proficient in managing shared services function with a good stakeholder management skill.
- To have strong review of monthly Soft close/Hard close & Financials for India entity
- Devising & monitoring KPIs and SLAs for all domains of US Accounting on monthly basis.
- To front end Sr. leadership review for all critical matters. It will include front ending reviews with Controller, CFO and others.
- Develop strategic vision for the function.
- Experience in devising controls, process and policy documentations.
- To deal with external stakeholders like Actuary, Statutory/internal auditors, other consultants
- To have an eye on potential areas of Automation, Process improvements across function
- To oversee governance review for Philippines entity from risk, control and Local GAAP
- To ensure good team engagement and retention as an effective people leader.
This role play a dual role to take care of operational side of shared services as well as to manage and Lead the Corporate Function.
Desired Candidate Profile
- CA with 15+ years of experience
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Accounting shared services (preferably parent facing)
- To have good knowledge of US GAAP, IND AS and PFRS.
- Good Inter-personal Skill
- Good Communication Skills & critical thinking.
- Good excel, Presentation skills
