As the Head of Process Mining for Global Business Services at Kraft Heinz, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and efficiency through the strategic application of process mining techniques, with a focus on leveraging Celonis.

- Leadership – Provide strategic leadership to the Process Mining team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization – Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement within GBS through the utilization of Celonis and other process mining technologies.
- Celonis Expertise – Demonstrate proficiency in Celonis software, utilizing its features to analyze, visualize, and optimize business processes effectively.
- Data Analysis – Lead the analysis of large datasets using Celonis to uncover insights, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization within business processes.
- Technology Implementation – Collaborate with IT and relevant stakeholders to implement and integrate Celonis and other process mining tools into the existing infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with various business units to understand their unique processes, challenges, and objectives, fostering strong cross-functional relationships.
- Performance Metrics – Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) using Celonis to measure the success and impact of process mining initiatives.
- I have Proven experience in leading process mining initiatives, with a strong emphasis on Celonis expertise.
- I have strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and techniques.
- I have e xcellent leadership and communication skills to effectively convey complex insights, especially those derived from Celonis, to various stakeholders.
- I have knowledge of industry-leading process mining tools and technologies, with a focus on Celonis.
- I have the demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and process optimization using Celonis and similar tools.
