Operational Excellence in Payroll and HR Operations:

  • Manage and deliver operational excellence in payroll and HR operations
  • Oversee new hire and offboarding processes, salary and benefits administration, staff budgeting, tax filing, leave management, and retirement benefits administration.

HR Process Implementation and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with corporate guidelines and goals to implement more innovative HR processes, systems, and tools.

Employee Data Management and System Integration:

  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of employee movement data in the HR system, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data to support efficient HR operations.

Reporting Analytics Oversight and Compliance:

  • Ensure proper oversight of deliverables in reporting analytics, while maintaining compliance with audit, compliance, and finance management requirements.

Comprehensive HR solutions and stakeholder collaboration:

  • Offer comprehensive HR solutions, including workflow management and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to provide effective and efficient solutions.

Vendor management and regulatory compliance:

  • Demonstrate strong vendor management skills, particularly in payroll and expat benefits.
  • Stay updated and well-informed about changes in local laws, regulations, and compensation practices to ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline or equivalent with at least 10 years of HR operations experience
  • Having a sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and practice in Southeast Asia Countries (particularly in Malaysia and Singapore)
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good command of spoken and written English
  • Strong analytical/technical and problem-solving skills
  • A good team player who is mature, independent and pro-active
