This role will work in partnership with all members of the HR team and cross-functionally with other departments to ensure HR processes are seamless and efficient throughout the employee lifecycle.

  • Regularly evaluates effectiveness of existing employee process and makes recommendations for improvement. Partners with North American HR community, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and other teams within the business to map processes, find ways to make them more efficient, and get alignment on roles and responsibilities.
  • Contributes regularly to cross-functional People team projects; regularly takes the lead with project management, keeping the team organized and on track.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert and thought partner on core HR topics.
  • Manages relevant federal, state, and local labor reporting requirements; conducts regular compliance audits and makes recommendations.
  • Lead policy review/creation and maintenance, process optimization, HR compliance and project management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field.
  • A minimum of 8 total years of Human Resources experience in a mid to large sized company with a demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and reporting requirements, HR processes and administration.
  • Prior responsibility over HR compliance, such as I-9s, FLSA, EEO-1, Vets100, Affirmative Action plans.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to communicate both qualitative and quantitative data effectively.
  • Initiative, resilience, precision, and flexibility amidst a high volume of time-sensitive requests and projects.
  • Persuasive communication and presentation skills (verbal, written) with a focus on collaboration across multiple functions. Highly collaborative and able to artfully influence key stakeholders, find synergies, and drive communication/collaboration at multiple organization levels within and across functional units and geographies.
  • Proven ability to convert ideas into solutions and execute on continuous process improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
