The Shared Services Team is the first point of contact for HR, Employees and Managers, with respect to HR service delivery, process workflow and transactional support. Besides the knowledge and experience of building and running a HR shared service center, this role must have a service mindset focused on the employee experience with deep skills in servant leadership, listening, and people interaction skills.
- Lead and manage the HR Shared Services team, ensuring flawless delivery of HR services to employees and managers.
- Create and execute HR policies, procedures, and programs to align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement HR initiatives and drive organizational performance.
- Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners and other individuals involved in HR-related matters.
- Determine key HR metrics and analyze data to drive continuous improvement and enhance employee experience.
- Compete in the market to attract and retain top talent by implementing effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in HR Shared Services or a similar role.
- Familiarity with HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ambition and a proven ability to implement impactful HR initiatives.
