This position will build and lead an “Integrated Business Planning Desk” to help Teva with its implementation and optimization of a new integrated planning processes.

  • This strategic role will focus on the framework of Integrated Business Planning, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • The lead will be responsible for establishing a support model & organization for the process and tools as well as a set of pillars to keep IBP processes in good health including: Governance, Data Integrity, Process Quality measurement and communication.
  • Create SOPs- Framework for harmonizing and streamlining processes across functions to improve coordination and consistency
  • Define process quality framework with measure metrics with regular reviews and corrective actions
  • Seamless communication on roles & responsibilities with all stakeholders
  • Establishing a culture of continuous improvement
  • Create policies, securities and controls to balance risk, help to ensure compliance and facilitate effective decision making
  • Cutting across Product Development, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Strategy
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in implementing end-to-end business processes
  • At least 5 years of business partnership experience with exposure to senior management.
  • Solid understanding of, and experience with applications that support Global Business Services – Supply Chain/Operations, Commercial & Finance) and experience with system needs to transition organization to Shared Services model.
  • Experience working with ERP applications and/or Planning solutions.
  • Preferred Lean and Six Sigma certification and Knowledge of agile methodologies with proven track record of successful program delivery using Agile.
  • Strong on change management principles
  • Outstanding people leader with the ability to attract and retain high talent.
