- Own management of the onshore and offshore teams to deliver on KPIs and engagement metrics.
- Champion KHC Vision and strategy to lead necessary operational & procurement to pay business process strategies as well as vendor interactions to improve performance delivery, cost effectiveness, and service excellence.
- Develop and leverage effective relationships with the 3rd party BPO, service vendors and key internal stakeholders to lead and influencing the successful interpretation of process stakeholder needs and the execution of initiatives to improve service and drive down costs.
- Provide PTP Subject Matter Expertise to ensure consistency and sustainability of PTP processes.
- Identify, frame, and own transformational and continuous improvement opportunities across the source-to-pay value chain.
- Identify strategic opportunities for GBS expansion and execution of agreed upon deliverables with key business stakeholders.
- Manage internal/external vendor initiatives to identify & implement streamlined vendor business processes that improve service, drive efficiency in straight through processing and reduce cost across the PTP cycle.

- I have global leadership experience
- I have business knowledge relative to evaluating financials, performance analytics, strategy and overall ROI related to global business services.
- I have experience developing and leading Business Process driven presentations consisting of strategy, ROI, Cashflow, and vendor impacting content.
- I have the ability to effectively negotiate and influence business decisions and change.
- I have experience in digital technologies such as Ariba, Concur, Xelix etc.
- I am effective at establishing trust and building effective business relationships and getting things done through others.
- I know how to get things done both through formal and informal channels.
