The Associate Director of Accounting is a key leadership position tasked with overseeing my client’s shared services accounting function and acting as a team lead to five direct reports.

• Oversight of all the organizations financial matters as it relates to accounting, grants management, auditing, treasury, tax, cost accounting, and process improvements.
• Manage month-end and year-end close reporting cycle
• Lead the annual audit & tax compliance
• Streamline processes and create efficiencies within the accounting department

• CPA required
• BS in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 7 years senior level experience in managing an accounting function
• Strong communication skills
• 3+ years of progressive people management
