The Associate Director of Restore Services primarily oversees the team and initiatives that support Memphis ReStore volunteers, logistics, donor services, and marketing efforts. These shared services among the Memphis ReStore promote the Habitat for Humanity brand and mission to our customers, volunteers and donors.
- Develop and oversee all ReStore strategic efforts focusing on customer and donor solicitation and cultivation
- Motivate and lead all ReStore Services team members
- Coordinate and plan all ReStore special events including: grand opening, speciality sales events, volunteer celebrations, etc
- Collaborate with the Habitat Development team in volunteer recruitment and retention efforts to ensure all ReStore volunteers are receiving the best possible experience onsite
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Graphic Designer to create and manage ReStore marketing to increase ReStore donors, customers, and volunteers
- Oversee and support the ReStore Logistics and Donations team
- Research and advise VP of Retail Operations in purchased product strategy
- Manage purchased product flow to ensure stores have a variety of products in support of their sales teams
- Evaluate and measure success of each campaign or service to provide feedback to the VP of Retail.
- Support Associate Director of ReStore Operations with store presence and collaboration when needed
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- 3+ years of communications and/or marketing experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
- Experience in facilitating staff and/or volunteer training and meetings.
