The Associate Director Shared Services (Financial Services) provides strategic leadership and management in the delivery of shared financial service functions across the state, leading initiatives in line with the HealthShare NSW Strategic Plan, including the Comprehensive Expenditure Review (CER), whilst ensuring the needs and expectations of key stakeholders are met.
The role will be responsible for the delivery of NSW Health Accounts Payable, Purchasing and Billing functions.
With a focus on operational efficiency, the Associate Director Shared Services (Financial Services) will lead and support teams to consistently achieve key performance indicators and statement of service objectives, leveraging technology to streamline financial processes and improve automation, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
