The Order to Cash – Global Process Transformation Lead plays a crucial role in enablement of this transformation demonstrating domain knowledge and experience, knowledge of systems landscape, shaping & execution of organisational change, and collaboration across teams. The successful candidate will be measured on efficiency, timeliness and scalability of the transformation agenda.

  • Process & Operating Model Standardization: Assessment, Re-engineering, and Transformation of Order-to-Cash processes
  • Process Design: Design end-to-end processes, in collaboration with Service Delivery, Markets, Technology and other partners.
  • Cash Metrics: Identify, lead and support initiatives that are critical to improving Cash and Debtors performance, e.g., collections terms optimization, DSO, etc.
  • Technology Integration: Evaluation, Selection, Design & Implementation, and Optimization of order-to-cash technologies, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other relevant software, to improve automation and data accuracy.
  • Project/Program management: Handle or represent in critical order to cash transformation project. Ensure that support is provided, key challenges are highlighted, and all project delivery timelines are met.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency of the order-to-cash process. Implement improvements based on data analysis.
  • Customer Experience: Collaborate with sales, finance, and Supply teams to work on initiatives which will improve Customer experience.
  • Training and Development: Identify and drive training and development opportunities for the order-to-cash team to enhance their skills and keep them abreast of industry standard methodologies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement and Quality initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the order-to-cash function.
  • Collaboration on Organizational Initiatives: Work with Service Delivery, Data, Digital, Market and other Finance Organizations to collectively drive success in organizational initiatives.
  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certifications can be beneficial.
  • Transformation and Service Delivery Experience in order-to-cash processes, order management, credit management, collections, cash applications, deductions and disputes management, and other related areas.
  • Experience of having led moderate to large teams and delivered outcomes – performance and business outcomes.
  • Extensive experience in market / customer interactions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize processes.
  • Project management and LSS certification can be added advantages.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, multi-functional senior management.
  • Shown leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving organizational goals.
  • Familiarity with relevant order-to-cash technologies including but not limited to SAP AR, SAP SD, SAP FSCM, Salesforce, High Radius, RPA, Workflow Solutions, etc.
  • Experience in having implemented Change Management w.r.t. transformation initiatives.
  • Business experience in system implementation across the SDLC – business analysis, design, testing, hyper-care, training & documentation, and change management
