Job Opportunity: AVP, HR Shared Services (Employee Support & Advisory)
Location: Raffles Place
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Mondays to Fridays)
Employment Type: Contract till end February 2025
Salary: Up to $11,100 per month
- HR Services Management: Ensure all systems, processes, and policies are effective and efficient in addressing business needs.
- Policy Maintenance: Regularly maintain and update HR Shared Services collaterals, policies, and procedures.
- Service Review: Manage and review HR services to ensure they deliver against service level agreements.
- Compliance Support: Support internal/external audits, HR compliance testing, and regulatory inspections.
- Digital Transformation: Actively participate in digital transformation initiatives, especially those involving the HR Shared Services team.
