Our client is a sizable and leading Chinese Financial. Due to recent growth in business, they are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as AVP / VP – Human Resources Shared Services.

  • Supervising the Shared Services team and provide guidance and directions to ensure smooth delivery of entire employee life cycle from onboarding, benefits process, employee data management, payroll management, international mobility, visa applications, offboarding, etc. with a high volume of ins & outs
  • Validate the accuracy of data in the HRIS system and consolidate relevant information from various sources for purposes of reporting and analysis
  • Manage the process of salary reviews and promotions, while supporting global and regional HR initiatives
  • Participate in the implementation and migration of new Human Resources systems, while ensuring compliance with established protocols
  • Contribute to special projects as required, providing expertise and support to achieve desired outcomes
  • Proficient in both written and SPOKEN English and Chinese
  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years related working experience gained in sizeable organizations and with experience in a supervisory role, prefer talent with banking / FI background
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislations
  • Well-organized, detail-minded and with good communication skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
