• Centralized Controlling China: Maintain and develop shared service tasks of controlling in China. Execute centralized controlling existing processes of monthly closing, GECOS and other defined tasks. Ensure high quality and on time results of centralized Share Service Center tasks.
• Standardized reporting: Regular releasing & maintaining regional reporting with basic commentary, which covering all-controlling functions or cross-function department.
• Annual planning processes: Support annual planning strategy by updating the details of future business projections into our database, ensure that the information in the planning / forecast data base is reasonable and correct.
• Further development: Develop and continuously improving regional template and tools. Continuously scanning of regional controlling processes to drive further efficiency improvement chances.

• Microsoft Office (esp. Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
