Our client provides comprehensive financial, HR, and IT services across 30 countries, supporting significant finance transformation programs. As a Business Controller, you will facilitate annual planning, financial forecasting, and performance reporting, while driving strategic financial insights to optimize costs and support international growth.

• Lead planning and reforecasting processes for the Global Service Centre (GSC).
• Manage P&L and Capex tracking and reporting against budget/forecasts.
• Prepare financial analyses to drive business improvements.
• Collaborate with department heads on budget development and monitoring.
• Liaise with central finance teams for planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Provide financial modelling and support for transformation projects.
• Develop and enhance financial reporting processes and dashboards.

• At least 10 years in a controlling position, ideally in a shared service environment.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic planning experience.
• Proficient in financial modelling and investment case preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Polish.
• Expertise in data modelling and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with SAP is advantageous.
